Cancellation, refunds and faulty digital content

UK consumers may have a 14-day cancellation right for distance purchases. For immediate digital delivery, loss of that cancellation right depends on the applicable conditions, including express consent and acknowledgement where required. Do not assume every download is automatically non-refundable. Statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed digital content still apply. Contact support to request help or a refund assessment. This static catalogue does not ask visitors to enter payment card details. Purchases occur on Payhip, which processes checkout information under its own policies. Customers contacting us by email provide information needed to respond to support requests. Before launch: confirm what analytics, cookies, email records and third-party services are actually used; identify the responsible business and publish a complete privacy notice with retention and rights information.
